**What you'll do**
- **Administer** our AutoScout24 Salesforce orgs, maintaining e.g., user records, profiles, permission sets, roles, provide reports & dashboards to users
- Be the **key contact** for our users, supporting issues, educating them in the use of Salesforce and qualifying incoming bug or change requests
- Be a **trusted partner** of our Salesforce development and CRM process manager teams in discussing, implementing, testing, and deploying new features, as well as for the business
- Manage mass data uploads and exports
- Support, configure, and maintain **Apps** installed to extend the functionality of our CRM

**What you should bring**
- Experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud), preferably in the **Tech Industry**:

- The mindset of a dedicated **problem solver** with a forensic skillset to determine the root cause of issues and fix them
- Knowledge in **Jira** for tracking issues, tasks, stories, and epics, as well as **Confluence** for documenting your work
- Previous experience in close collaboration with Salesforce developer and CRM process manager teams and the **according task sharing**:

- Supportive mindset to help and train key users and users
- **Structured, diligent and independent way of working** and a high level of **commitment** and trustworthiness
- Effective **interpersonal **and **communication** skills, fostering joint problem-solving within and across teams as well as with** management**:

- Fluency in **English and German**,** **other European languages beneficial
