**Information Security Specialist (M/F/d)**:
**About us**:
MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

**Your profile**:

- Degree in IT or Information Security / 2-3 years work experience in a similar
- Fluent in English and German languages, Korean language is an advantage
- Knowledge in system administration, network security, network administration or a related field
- Knowledge of current security risks and protocols
- Handles the negative impact of security breaches and cyber-attacks on future prevention
- Willingness to work on-call in the event of a security breech or other emergency
- Should be capable enough to create and uphold the information security policies
- Good analytic and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under close supervision, as well as the ability to take independent initiative when needed
- Advantage Certification: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP,
CCNA Security, CompTIA Security+

**Your tasks**:

- Manage and operate information security
- Information security policy establishment, revision and distribution
- Working with the DPO to protect privacy (GDPR)
- Inspection of information security management system implementation
- Train and support to raise employees’ awareness of information protection
- Analyze existing security systems and make recommendations for changes or improvements
- Prepare reports and action plans in the event that a security breech does occur
- Organize and conduct tests and “ethical hacks” of the existing security architecture
- Monitor the network and provide early warning of abnormalities or problems
- Upgrade systems regularly to remain competitive in the field of security
- Communicate the system status and keep users informed of downtime or changes to the system
- Keep technical knowledge current through continuing education
- Provide system updates and write code fixes
- Develop company-wide best practices for information security
- Research security enhancements and make recommendations to management
