Information Security Risk Coordinator

**Brief Description of our Team**:
The Embedded Risk Team (ERT) is part of the Chief Security Office (CSO) organization and located within the CSO Third Party, Regulatory, Risk & External Engagement and CISO EMEA & Germany team. We are global team located in US, UK, GER, BEX and IND. The primary objective is to drive the risk and control agenda which translates in assisting, facilitating, managing, and monitoring all aspects of information security risks. This includes internal and statutory Audit coordination, Findings Management support and Risk Reporting. The ERT is working together with all CSO divisions, all 3LODs and other Embedded Risk Teams globally on a day-to-day basis.

**Description of responsibility**:
In the role as Information Security Risk Manager within CSO ERT the main objective is to drive information security risk towards the amount of risk DB is willing to accept.

The main responsibilities are:

- work closely with colleagues from all 3LODs around the world to identify, analyse and address existing information security risks
- set up new processes of information security risk management and roll them out across the organisation
- Prepare, create, and present regular CSO internal reports and status updates to management board, senior management, and key working groups
- Risk Management support and advice to Finding Owners after audit is conducted including quality assurance of management action plans and completion checks on the deliverables for information security risk part of a finding
- Conduct independent reviews/risk assessments, including prioritization of identified issues and assessment of solution concepts within CSO

**Required qualification and skills**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification / work experience in auditing and enterprise risk management especially information security risk management (risk management for 3-5 years and or available information security certificates CISM/CISA)
- Project Management / Risk experience paired with excellent analytical skill to ensuring strong governance across various locations and products considering implemented risk management models
- Ability to monitor, track and clearly communicate progress, as well as escalating issues when appropriate
- Very good communication skills with the ability to work independently as well as with other team members and functions in global teams across different time zones
