At Jumbo Group we want people to learn, have fun and be happy thanks to our amazing toys and games. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative fluent in German and English to join our dynamic team and make dreams come true

**To achieve this, your functions will be the following**:

- Receiving and processing incoming orders from various countries in our ERP system
- Monitor open orders and adjust the planning of future shipments when an item is delayed or allowed to leave earlier
- Entering, mutating, and retrieving data regarding orders in Oracle Cloud
- Check and report on the open orders of the various business units
- Participate in various improvement projects to further develop the department
- Being the lead in the preparations, monitor and oversee all the steps that need to be taken from a Customer Service perspective

The knowledge you should bring to Jumbo Group to take our services to the next level is:

- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position
- Perfect writing, listening, speaking, and reading skills in German and in English. Another language will be a plus
- Analytical mind with an affinity for systems and processes
- Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Oracle
- Good knowledge of MS Office 365
- Be reliable, enthusiastic, and a team player who is ready to take on exciting challenges
