**Deine Aufgaben**:
**- Finance business partner to co-founders with independent management of the functions accounting, controlling, banking and finance.**
- Preparation and further development of monthly reportings to BwB founders and to the group in collaboration with an external accounting company and the inhouse commercial teams
- Coordination and Monitoring of annual budget and forecast processes (P&L and cash) to ensure achievability and BWB contribution to the group’s growth objectives
- Preparation and monitoring of operational and strategic financial indicators to support daily business
- Cash Flow Management with strong focus on working capital and close inventories’ supervision
- Relationship Management with German auditors, local banks and Group Tax / Finance departments

**Dein Profil**:

- Completed studies in economics, preferably with a focus on finance, accounting and controlling
- 7 to 10 years of professional experience in a management position in the field of controlling / finance
- Experience in a consulting/auditing /investment banking company is a plus
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Hands on mentality and a can-do attitude
- Efficient and reliable way of working
- Team player mindset
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to adapt to a changing and fast-growing environment
- Knowledge of HGB is a prerequisite, IFRS would be an advantage
