To further scale our growing business, we are looking for a **Legal Counsel - Operations**
**The role**
We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our legal team as a Legal Counsel - Operations. The role is set around supporting and managing daily business for the legal department across the group. Responsibilities include vendor management and negotiations or general signing provisioning and contracting. A further focus of this role is designing and setting up processes enabling proactive and best in class service for our stakeholders. Lastly, you will be responsible for owning our legal tool landscape from our ticketing system to our future contract management software, ensuring our overall efficiency.

- Assume responsibility for vendor management, general contracting and signing provisioning..
- Design and establish key processes aimed at enhancing efficiency and impact across the entire organization.
- Assist in tracking projects and deliverables, enabling the General Counsel to maintain a comprehensive overview of all important initiatives.
- Aid in the management of compliance registers (e.g. ISO 27001), ensuring accurate and up-to-date advice is given and risks are mitigated.
**What are we looking for you to bring**
- LL.B/ LL.M or DiplomJurist / Wirtschaftsjurist degree
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a general legal or legal operations role.
- Fluent in both spoken and written German and English.
- Strong knowledge of legal processes, operations, and best practices.
- Demonstrate a strong legal generalist understanding, with a broad knowledge of various legal areas and the ability to provide comprehensive support to the legal department.
- Exhibit exceptional organizational and structured thinking skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks and responsibilities within the role.
- Possess a curious and growth mindset, constantly seeking opportunities for professional development and staying updated with the latest legal trends and best practices
