Für unseren Kunden  suchen wir ab sofort für einen Einsatz von 6 bis 12 Monaten in Vollzeit (38,5 Stunden/Woche) einen Legal Counsel (m/w/d) im Vergaberecht/IT-Recht/Vertragsrecht. Der Einsatz ist in Berlin angesiedelt und man möchte Sie an 1-2 Tagen die Woche vor Ort sehen. 

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Sie sind Teil der Rechtsabteilung. Diese umfasst 3 Berufsträger
  • Sie beraten die internen Organe, insbesondere die Geschäftsführung sowie Fachbereichsleitungen umfassend in  Fragen zu Vertrags- und Vergaberecht sowie zum IT-Recht, insbesondere im Bereich der Digitalisierung
  • Sie unterstützen die Beschaffungs- und Vergabeverfahren und begleiten diese mit Ihrer juristischen Expertise und wirken dabei auch bei der Erstellung der Vergabeunterlagen mit
  • Mit Ihrem know how unterstützen Sie das gesamte Team durch juristische Beratung und Ihre aktive Mitarbeit bei der Ausarbeitung und Prüfung von Verträgen sowie der Gestaltung von Stellungnahmen und Schriftsätzen.

Ihr Profil:
  • Sie sind Volljurist (m/w/d) und haben zwei deutsche Examina
  • Sie bringen mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Vergaberecht/IT-Recht Inhouse mit.
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift werden vorausgesetzt
