bout the Role
Join a fast-growing player in the renewable energy sector that is driving the transition to sustainable power solutions across Germany. We are looking for a Legal Counsel who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to make a tangible impact on the energy transformation.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary legal advisor, partnering with senior leadership on strategic decisions and major transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including EPC and O&M agreements, energy supply contracts, PPAs, and cooperation agreements.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across operations, including GDPR, labor law, and energy regulations.
- Support business development by preparing NDAs, letters of intent, and partnership agreements for innovative projects.
- Provide guidance on claims, variations, and dispute resolution, ensuring smooth project execution.
Your Profile
- Qualified lawyer in Germany with strong experience in commercial and energy law.
- Expertise in contract law and familiarity with agreements related to renewable energy projects.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
