**MISSION**

As a Sustainability Expert, you will play a pivotal role in enabling new offerings in the sustainability area for our automotive products. You will collaborate closely with the Product Manager to identify opportunities for integrating sustainability features into our existing products and develop new offerings that align with our sustainability goals.

Furthermore, the technology expert plays a supportive role in various activities carried out by the Product Management team, with a focus on helping the team meet its objectives.

**TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES**
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to identify market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements related to sustainability in the automotive industry.
- Support the development of new offerings in the sustainability domain, including conducting market research, defining product requirements, and creating implementation plans.
- Provide expertise and guidance on sustainability-related initiatives, including carbon footprint reduction, renewable energy integration, and circular economy practices.
- Assist in the active development of tools by providing input on sustainability metrics, data analysis techniques, and reporting functionalities.
- Review ongoing programs to ensure alignment with sustainability goals and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Conduct training sessions for consultants and other team members to enhance their understanding of sustainability principles and practices.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop messaging and materials promoting our sustainability offerings to customers and partners.

**Requirements**:
**PROFILE REQUIRED**

**Professional Background**
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree in environmental, Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in cost/CO2 analysis, tool development, benchmarking and vehicle analysis
- Strong understanding of sustainability principles and practices, with knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.

**Skills & Abilities**
- Good English communication skills, able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and devise effective solutions and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex sustainability concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive change in the automotive industry.
