We specialize in two critical areas - strategy & sustainability consulting and digital transformation support.

**Strategy & Sustainability Consulting**:

- With tightening regulations and increasing societal awareness of sustainability, companies must focus on becoming more sustainable. We help our clients navigate through the regulatory environment by developing ESG/sustainability strategies with tangible implementation plans. Our team has extensive experience in sustainability consulting and provides our clients with expert advice on how to achieve their sustainability goals.
- At the same time, we offer strategy support to Clean Tech companies and companies in the energy sector to help them accelerate their impact on making the energy transition a reality, one of the most important areas if we want to combat CO2 emissions.

**Digital Transformation Support**:

- Our network of software engineers, designers, and UX/UI researchers helps our clients build digital solutions and implement digital processes in order to operate more efficiently and more sustainably. We help companies reduce their carbon footprint by providing them with custom digital solutions that enable them to streamline their operations, reduce waste, and lower their energy consumption.

**What you will be doing**: Your responsibilities
- Lead high-priority projects end-to-end
- Develop initiatives that support the growth and success of the company
- Educate and inform clients proactively about state-of-the-art technologies, methodologies, and tools and how they can bring value to their business and make them more sustainable
- Contribute to customer success by supporting our project delivery teams during the ideation, development, and scaling of digital solutions with a focus on sustainability
- Drive our business development efforts, including identifying and reaching out to potential customers and partners, and developing sales processes and playbooks

Tasks
- Lead high-priority projects end-to-end

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of relevant experience in a strategy consultancy or tech-related startup
- Able to actively manage multiple client and stakeholder relationships and networking within the client organization in order to understand their needs and help to influence the client agenda is part of your business
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- A curious and analytical mindset, with a desire to understand customer needs and a willingness to ask questions
- A team player with experience in building and leading teams
- A strong work ethic, characterized by the ability to push limits, make smart choices, learn quickly, ask questions, and think on your feet
- Fluent in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A curiosity and interest in sustainability and designing and building digital solutions that promote it
