Together with our partners, we are developing a new product and service offering with the objective of making it much easier doing business with us.

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starting, switched on student, who wants to gain experience in a multi-national corporation, and wants to learn more about innovation, the R&D process, and agile software development.

You will be working closely with the Commercialization and Go-To-Market Manager for the product. As part of the larger team, you will also be exposed to the Requirements Engineer, Service and UX Designer, and our colleagues and partners in NAM supporting the product. You will be crucial to success, as one of your key tasks will be understanding how the different elements of the product need to work together and where the gaps are.

**Your next challenge**:

- Develop an in-depth understanding of the business process to date
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the product vision and scope
- Develop ability to navigate the software tools that form part of the product confidently
- Daily monitoring of how the product performs end to end
- Identify opportunities for further improving the product (technical, and UX)
- Help develop justification for the feature development towards our external partners
- Work together with requirements engineering to transform these opportunities into actionable development tasks
- Monitor progress of internal and external development tasks
- Help ideate solutions and new pathways to drive the product further
- Support the Commercialization and GTM Manager with creating product documentation and presentations

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent English skills (written & spoken)
- Skilled user of MS365 and office suite
- Understanding what a good user experience is
- Understanding that customer centricity is a critical element to product success
- Optional, initial experience in project management and tools like Jira
- Excellent time management
- Self-starting and self-driven
- Innovation mindset
- Information Technology affectionate
