The Digital Transformation Office plays a vital role in enabling our international teams to implement and embrace digital solutions, fostering a culture of agility, and driving the necessary behavioral changes for a successful global digital transformation.As a Working Student in Organizational Change Management, you will play an important role in assisting the transformation team in all aspects of digital transformation, including workshops, training, data analysis, and communication. You will work collaboratively in a cross-functional, international environment. This position is based in Heidelberg, Germany, with the possibility of remote work.
