L1 Desktop Support Technician

Valid work permit, technician needs to be available at
least 6 months.
We are looking for a Technician to support a customer location in München. This role requires a highly skilled individual with L1 desktop support capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability by end users
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for Windows workstations and mobility
- support/management
- Should have practitioner-level knowledge in SCCM 2012 and O365
- Repair or replace damaged hardware like laptops/desktops/iPad
- Upgrade the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers as per client standards
- Installing and upgrading anti-virus software on the computer to ensure security standards are met
as defined by the clientskills
- Provide support to users and be the first point of contact for error reporting/ticket management
- Establish good rapport with all departments and colleagues
- Conduct daily ticket/queue Management.Qualifications:
Proven L1 Desktop Support skills and familiarity with IMAC processes.
Strong experience in managing and troubleshooting Mac systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks across various locations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to travel to various locations as needed.
