Milano Vice, the coolest pizza delivery in town, is expanding its horizons into the world of events We're on a mission to bring our signature vibes and irresistible pizzas to events across the country. To make this happen, we're building a dynamic team and looking for a passionate and experienced Partnerships and Events Coordinator to join us on this exciting journey.

Tasks

**Partnership Development**:

- Identify and establish partnerships with event organizers, vendors, and sponsors to secure participation in a variety of events.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure mutual benefit and continued collaboration.

**Event Coordination**:

- Plan, organize, and execute Milano Vice's participation in events, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for attendees.
- Coordinate logistics, set up, and break down for events, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

**Sales and Outreach**:

- Actively pursue new opportunities for Milano Vice to participate in events, including festivals, markets, and other relevant gatherings.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize event participation and revenue.

**Marketing Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and strategies for events.
- Leverage partnerships to enhance the visibility of Milano Vice at events.

**Post-Event Evaluation**:

- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of each event and gather insights for future improvements.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for enhancing the overall event strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English and German is a must
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, and event coordination.
- Proven track record of successful partnership development and event execution.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Experience in the food or events industry is advantageous.
