**Event Marketing Coordinator EMEA**
**About the Role**
We are in search of an Event Marketing Coordinator EMEA to become a key player in our Marketing team, focusing specifically on elevating NinjaOne’s presence across Europe through innovative event marketing strategies. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around planning, executing, and optimizing a variety of marketing initiatives, from guerrilla marketing campaigns and billboard advertisements to targeted social media ads and in-house events designed to capture the attention of industry experts.
Reporting to the EMEA Event Manager, you will spearhead the development and implementation of event-based campaigns that resonate with our target audiences, enhancing brand visibility and engagement. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, creativity in event planning and execution, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including local marketing teams, sales, and product development, to ensure that our event marketing efforts are seamlessly integrated into NinjaOne’s overall marketing strategy.

**What You’ll be Doing**
- ** Event Strategy and Execution**: Collaborate with the Marketing and Local Event Teams to plan, execute, and refine a wide range of event marketing campaigns. Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all events to measure success and areas for improvement
- ** Marketing Material Development**: Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted event marketing materials, including promotional content, digital ads, and event signage, ensuring they resonate with our target audiences and accurately reflect NinjaOne’s brand
- ** Cross-functional Collaboration**: Ensure seamless communication and collaboration with product marketing, sales, and other departments to align event strategies with overall marketing and company goals. This includes providing necessary event training and support to sales representatives to maximize lead generation and conversion opportunities
- ** Performance Analysis**: Regularly track, analyze, and report on event performance, leveraging data to optimize and enhance event strategy and execution continually
- ** Market Research**: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging event marketing tactics, and competitor strategies, bringing innovative ideas and best practices to the team
- ** Team Collaboration**: Embody a team-oriented mindset, eager to contribute to the collective success of the marketing department and NinjaOne as a whole.

**About You**
- ** Event Marketing Experience**: 2+ years of proven experience in event and/or digital marketing. This includes a track record of developing creative and effective event marketing strategies that drive engagement and achieve business objectives. Virtual and physical events
- ** Project Management Prowess**: Strong project management skills with a history of coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver successful event campaigns
- ** Bilingual Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French, Dutch or Italian, enabling you to effectively articulate marketing objectives, engage with diverse stakeholders, and deliver clear and compelling event marketing content
- ** Technical Savvy**: Proficiency in using event management software, marketing/sales automation tools, and data analysis software. You're skilled at leveraging technology to enhance event efficiency, track performance, and derive insights for continuous improvement
- ** Creative Thinker**: Ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to the event marketing realm, while also respecting established processes and systems. Your creativity is matched by your ability to execute effectively within NinjaOne’s operational framework
- ** Organizational Mastery**: Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the capacity to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and meet ambitious deadlines. You excel in fast-paced environments and are committed to maintaining high standards of execution and delivery
- ** Copywriting Skills**: Experience with copywriting, able to create engaging and persuasive marketing materials that resonate with target audiences and amplify event messaging
- Experience with B2B software, such as Salesforce, Salesloft, 6sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo (preferred)
- Experience in IT or MSP software (preferred)
- Experience with Asana or a similar task management tool (preferred)
