**Overview**: This role combines the artistic leadership of an art instructor with the organizational expertise of an event coordinator. The Neon Brush Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the artistic quality, operational efficiency, and exceptional guest experience at Neon Brush events. This position requires both creative talent and logístical precision, making it ideal for someone passionate about art and skilled in event management.

**Key Responsibilities**

Artistic Leadership
- Conduct engaging introductions to Neon Brush events, guiding guests through the creative process of painting with neon colors and instructing how to use the artistic materials.
- Prepare and present sample artworks to inspire participants.
- Foster a vibrant, inclusive atmosphere through interactive storytelling and guest engagement.
- Demonstrate and explain artistic techniques, including the science of 3D effects under UV light.

Event Coordination
- Finalize event schedules by coordinating with stakeholders such as venues and transport teams.
- Oversee event setup, ensuring all materials are prepared and the venue meets Neon Brush standards.
- Act as the main point of contact for venue staff, suppliers, and transport teams during events.
- Manage guest check-in, troubleshoot on-site issues, and maintain a seamless flow of activities.

Inventory Management
- Collaborate with the transport team to ensure timely movement of supplies between storage and venues.
- Visit storage facilities to organize and prepare event materials.
- Track and report materials used during events, ensuring efficient inventory levels.
- Provide feedback on inventory needs and issues to Fever's team.

Team Building and Shift Management
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of event staff.
- Organize shifts to ensure all roles are adequately covered during events.
- Provide clear communication to staff about expectations and responsibilities.

Communication with Fever Team
- Maintain constant communication with Fever's project managers and associate producers.
- Deliver detailed and timely feedback after each event, including guest experience reports and improvement suggestions.

Transport Services (Optional)
- A valid driver's license and willingness to assist with transport logistics is a significant advantage.

**Qualifications**
- Strong artistic inclination and knowledge of painting techniques.
- Proven experience in event coordination or hosting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead teams and multitask effectively in high-pressure environments.
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
- Fluent German and very good English.
