Product Strategy Lead

**About the opportunity**:
As Product Strategy Lead, you coordinate and drive our strategy as a fintech in close collaboration with the directors of product and the CPO.
You will oversee a team of strategists who enable the product organisation to make data-driven decisions. You will be part of the product leadership team, ensuring consistency in setting strategy, planning key initiatives, and measuring overall performance. You are a crucial stakeholder for other business functions, working collaboratively on company-wide strategy and execution.

**In this role, you will**:

- Iterate on the long-term global product vision & strategy in collaboration with our Product Leadership Team, and in alignment with the Company and other functional strategies.
- Support Product Directors with the development of their domain strategies.
- Play a key role in the Product Leadership Team, in particular driving discussions around holistic product strategy.
- Lead the Strategy team, creating a high performance impactful culture.
- Collaborate with Finance & Growth to construct and update the periodic financial budgets and forecasts for our key product impact areas.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration by keeping C-level executives informed on Product Performance, while acting as the spokesperson for senior leaders across the business in terms of our Product Roadmap and expected impact on the business.
- Continuously provide actionable product insights to the product leadership, including competitive analysis, market insights, and strategy reports.

**What you need to be successful**:
Background & Skills:

- 5+ years experience in the fintech space working in strategy or product management.
- 5+ years of developing and delivering impactful strategic planning, in business-critical roles.
- Outstanding stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional leaders and teams.
- Excellent team leadership skills, with a track record of hiring and developing exceptional talent.
- Ability to deliver on projects impacting the highest level of the business, demonstrating strategic thinking and leadership.
- Outstanding analytical skills and intense attention to detail to drive data-driven decision making, with excellent Excel and communication skills to effectively communicate complex information and convey a compelling story from data.
- Fluency in English to communicate and collaborate with teams globally.
