**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
/ Support preparation and monitorization of activities related to HR Digitalization portfolio systems roll-out and business processes organization
/ Preparation and support facilitation of innovations workshops for calibration and adaptation of business processes as well as the creation and preparation of evaluation forms
/ Assumption of project management tasks, such as preparation of training documents, execution of User adoption tests, and preparation of testing documentation
/ Support Change Management and Internal Communication tasks for employees
/ Design content such as Quick Reference Guides for performance support tool

**YOUR SKILLS**:
/ You have a degree (bachelor’s or master’s degree) in computer science, business administration, business informatics, digital innovation and transformation or a related field of study
/ In addition to your IT affinity and interest in the Human Resources area, you are characterized by a high level of comprehension and commitment
/ You have a proactive and open-minded mindset, allowing you to think outside the box, work independently, and thrive within an international, dynamic team
/ You have a very good command of written and spoken English; German is a plus
