To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a Return Coordinator as soon as possible.

What you will do
- Manage the product return requests from our Dealers for the product damaged
- Daily check and approval tasks of the return request from the Dealers (judging the documentation provided)
- Input return order in the system (SAP)
- Manage the rejection together with Sales team
- Guarantee the return approval is complaint with the Company rules
- Review with Sales team the commercial agreement in terms of Returns for damaged products (eg: DOA terms)
- Random audit to check the product returned
- Carry on activities of continuous improvement on the approval process in order to reduce the amount of returns
- Monthly analysis on the Return reasons by Dealer and products in order to alert Quality and Service about possible issues
- Lead a project to propose the Haier Return System to our dealer in collaboration with our sales team
- Working inside global teams with agile methods and tools

What you need to succeed
- Proved experience in 2+ years service or quality or R&D environment
- Passionate for the product technical features (on Major domestic appliances is a plus)
- Good English communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Good in Excel
- Problem Solving and conflict resolution skills
- Attention to details
- Time management
- Independently and reliable working style, high degree of motivation and loadability
- Technical Degree is a plus
- SAP knowledge is a plus
