- Accountable for defining, developing and implementing demand management processes for 3rd party customers across functions and markets / regions, ensuring process compliance
- Accountable for implementing a new process framework to assess supply chain requirements and design in upcoming CMB & PB assessments and contracts
- Detects, leads and executes jointly defined and agreed processes improvement initiatives (reports, KPIs), monitors key planning KPI's & targets and assists in problem solving within Demand Planning teams
- Implement and roll out strategic initiatives to improve IBP processes, systems and tools globally and assure their sustainability
- Drive operational efficiencies in forecast accuracy and bias through analytical analysis (e.g. ABC/XYZ portfolio & customer segmentation, forecasting models)
- Enhance system capabilities by translating user requirements into functional requirements in alignment with IT (primary focus on SAP & demand planning modules)
- Responsible for the controlled and compliant implementation of process changes including all Change Management and Change Control processes (both IT and Non-IT related).
- Accountable for the effective progression of the users through the change curve such that the benefits of the process improvement can be realized

**To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have**:

- University degree with excellent track record, preferably in industrial engineering / supply chain (STEM MSc or MBA is a plus)
- profound professional experience in consulting and/or operations Supply Chain experience with focus on Demand management
- Green Belt Six Sigma Certifications & Supply Chain Certification (APICS/ IBF) desirable
- Proven track record of achieving results through a process mindset & approach, with a strategic thinking and “can-do” mentality
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to manage big volume of data (including knowledge in statistical forecast modeling & segmentation analysis) and profound understanding in advanced analytics & dashboard design usage
- Ability to teach both conceptual & tactical training based on cultural sensitivity in global and virtual teams (ideally gained through experience abroad)
- Advanced Office skills especially in Excel and PPT and experience with SAP and demand planning tools
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; Spanish and German are of big advantage
- Willingness to travel
