WHAT WE OFFER Das Technische Standortmanagement (TSM) NRW ist für alle drei Covestro Standorte in NRW (Dormagen, Leverkusen, Uerdingen) zuständig. Die TSM-Organisation stellt sicher, dass die Instandhaltungsarbeiten für die Anlagen mit hoher Effektivität und hoher Effizienz durchgeführt werden. Die neue Gruppe "Daten - und Dokumentenmanagement" innerhalb der Gruppe "Technischer Support" ist für das Dokumentenmanagementkonzept und dessen Datenflusssteuerung innerhalb von Site NRW verantwortlich. In Ihrer neuen Aufgaben als Document Specialist Technical Documentation (m/w/d) unterstützen Sie maßgeblich die Betriebe bei der Pflege der technischen As-Built Anlagedokumentation. Zusammen mit den Document Controllern in den Betrieben und den Systemadministratoren unserer Dokumentationssysteme treiben Sie die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der technischen Dokumentationsprozesse und Workflows voran.- Sie leisten technische Unterstützung beim Dokumentenmanagement und beraten die Anwender in den Betrieben bei komplexen Operationen innerhalb etablierter Workflows sowie bei der Einhaltung der Vorgaben unserer Dokumentationsprozesse- Ihre Erfahrungen bringen Sie in der Data - and Document-Management Community ein und tragen so zu einer Harmonisierung der Arbeitsweisen bei- Die Optimierung von Prozessschritten in Bezug auf regulatorische Aspekte sowie die Umsetzung von möglichen Verbesserungen im Dokumentationssystem behalten Sie dabei stets im Auge- Darüber hinaus sind Sie der Master Keeper (m/w/d) und Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für unsere Betriebs - und Bereichsingenieure von NRW Tool Rohr-Online WHAT YOU OFFER- Sie verfügen über einen technischen oder wirtschaftlichen Bachelorabschluss oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Techniker (m/w/d)- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Dokumentenmanagement oder als Betriebsingenieur (m/w/d) bringen Sie mit- Sie besitzen gute Kenntnisse in Dokumentationsmanagementsystemen- Sie halten eine hohe Arbeitsethik, demonstrieren Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Sorgfalt und Selbstständigkeit- Sie verfügen über eine gute Kommunikation, gleichermaßen in deutscher und gerne zusätzlich in englischer Sprache- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) setzen wir voraus, Kenntnisse in relationalen Datenbanken sind von Vorteil Sie möchten gerne in Teilzeit arbeiten?
