**What you'll do**:
- Build strategic relationships with key decision makers at agencies, trading desks and advertising companies to drive revenue across DACH and NORDICS
- Build a pipeline of prospecting customers and actively pursue opportunities to promote and sell our AdsWizz Audio Marketplace as well as our exclusive partners including but not limited to SoundCloud and Sonos
- Handle all renewal contracts with our existing customers in the designated territories.
- Evangelize the buying community and communicate your passion for Digital Audio and the benefits of Programmatic (Efficiency, Effectiveness, Data, Innovative ad format).
- Understand the needs of these buyers and actively advocate on their behalf to our product organization.
**What you’ll need**:
- 7+ years of business development experience in digital advertising and 5+ year’s experience with programmatic technologies (Ad Serving, SSP, DSP)
- Significant experience in demand-side business development, digital sales, ATD or DSP experience
- Strong relationships across the digital & programmatic community with a deep understanding and knowledge of the programmatic landscape.
- Experience with ad technologies, such as DMPs, attribution, measurement vendors (e.g. fraud, viewability, etc.) and other data audience providers.
- A good understanding of data privacy concerns (GDPR, TCF2, etc.).
- Consultative selling skills with the ability to anticipate and overcome concerns by positioning value propositions in relation to client needs.
