**Your responsibilities**
- Act as the Product Owner of Uniper's REMIT compliance tool, REACT, and drive continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement across Energy Assets, Power Trading and Trading Compliance
- Improve the quality and automation of asset data and reporting
- Integrate new assets into relevant systems and internal/external reporting
- Develop and implement reliable and efficient processes, controls, and systems for asset information
- Leading and developing a team of five experts

In this role, you will establish strong working relationships with various teams across Uniper, including Energy Assets Teams, Trading Compliance, and Power Operations. You will promote Uniper's core values and culture while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Aside from internal stakeholders, you will also oversee external relationships, including regulators and other external stakeholders.

**Your profile**
- University degree in engineering, economics, IT or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the energy industry, preferably in generation, trading and/or compliance
- Experience in leading international and interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
- Fluent in English and German

This position is based at our headquarters in Düsseldorf, but we offer flexibility for remote work and job sharing opportunities.
