You can learn more about us under https://wondder.io/ We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Sales Assistant to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services to work directly with our Head of Sales. You will have insight into all the core projects of the company and the flexibility to choose your involvement degree as per your strengths and interests. How we see you: Right-hand to the Head of Sales: quickly learn everything about wondder and become a valuable colleague, both in terms of delivery and of strategic thinking. What we expect from you: Show yourself as a whole personality, bring your talents to light and choose your involvement in respective projects A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. Responsibilities include: Cold calling people using a given phone directory to set up meetings for the head of sales. Execute online sales campaigns by mail and social media Using scripts to provide information about product’s features and present their benefits. The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele. Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements Persuade the customer to accept a meeting with our sales team Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system Needed basics: Good telephone manner Ability to work independently Fluent in Business English (German is a plus) What we offer: Working directly with the Head of Sales and closely with the rest of the management team A diverse, international team that shares the drive to change the world for the better A culture of open communication, entrepreneurship and humor Contact Information Daniel Houlden daniel@wondder.io
