- Du verantwortest das Mobile Experience Portfoliothema konzeptionell und strategisch mit einem Umsatzvolumen im 7-stelligen Bereich
- Du bist inhaltlich wegweisend für die fachliche und technologische Weiterentwicklung unserer Mobile Experience Offerings
- Mit Trend
- und Marktsicht gestaltest du Portfolio-Erweiterungen bzw. -Änderungen, bewertest Innovationen nach Reifegrad und treibst den Business Development Prozess für deinen Bereich. Dabei kommunizierst du im Leadership Team und vor Kund*innen auf C-Level souverän und überzeugend
- Du bist die Schnittstelle zum Markethub und unterstützt den Kundenangang mit entsprechenden Themen und Inhalten in Branchenangangsstrategien, Vertriebsplanung, Akquisen, Ausschreibungen und Pitches. Dabei bringst du mit deinem Team sowohl die fachlich-technische Sicht als auch die Business-Sicht zusammen.
- Du begleitest unsere Vertriebseinheiten bei der Neukundengewinnung und Bestandskundenbetreuung (Cross
- und Upselling)
- Du gehst in das aktive Partnermanagement für das Thema Mobile, knüpfst Kontakte zu relevanten Ansprechpartner*innen und vertrittst das Thema auch nach außen, z.B. auf Konferenzen und Kundenevents
- Du unterstützt den Mobile People Lead bei der Auswahl und Führung eines motivierten Teams von etwa 15 Mitarbeiter*innen (Mobile Entwickler und Mobile Consultants). Dabei bist du Impulsgeber für benötigten Skillaufbau und schaffst es das Team für deine fachliche Strategie mitzunehmen
- Aus Technologie-Trends, Mobile Use Cases und branchenspezifischen Anforderungen kreierst du mit deinem Team und angrenzenden Bereichen wie User Experience, VR/AR, KI uvm. ein zukunftsfähiges Mobile Portfolio
