Head of Product

**Your mission**:
As the Head of Product, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, development, and product team of our innovative gaming loyalty platform, which today has been downloaded more than 10 Million times in North America and Europe.

You will work closely with the founders to develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap while assuming many of the product responsibilities currently held by the founding team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead product to bring us from Half a Million DAU to many millions more
- Manage and mentor other product team members, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including our kickass engineering, magic sauce marketing, and lightspeed game production, to ensure alignment on product strategy and development
- Work closely with the co-founders to establish and maintain clear product vision and direction.
- Optimize the product development process by incorporating industry best practices and data-driven decision making
- Oversee the design and balance of our in-app economy, ensuring a seamless user experience that drives engagement and retention.
- Monitor key performance indicators, using insights to inform product strategy and prioritize improvements
- Ensure product compliance with relevant policies and regulations, including ad network, Google Play, and App Store requirements

**The experience we hope you bring to JustPlay**:

- Proven experience (4-6 years) in product management within the mobile industry
- Proven experience to work with engineering within complex backend infrastructures
- Deep understanding of the mobile app ecosystem, with experience in app monetization through ads considered a plus
- Strong track record of designing and balancing in-app/game economies and currencies
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies that drive growth and customer satisfaction
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects and initiatives
- Based in Berlin with help to relocate
