We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Working Student People and Analytics (all genders) to join our People & Culture department of 24. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience in HR analytics and develop your analytical skills within a supportive environment. You will contribute to creating and enhancing our monthly and quarterly HR reports, delve into crucial personnel metrics, and help optimize processes with a strong emphasis on data quality. **Your role**:

- You will support the People Analytics team with ad-hoc requests and contribute to improving our output by focusing on data quality and the optimization of our processes.
- You will ensure the accuracy and conduct the final quality review of our data, reports, and products.
- You will take ownership of various sub-tasks within our annual compensation review process.
- You will prepare the monthly standardized HR reporting and support the creation of insightful analyses of personnel statistics, evaluations, and key figures.
- Additionally, you will be involved in the ongoing development of our HR KPI system and its related reporting.

**Your profile**:

- You are currently enrolled for at least one more year as a student in business administration, economics, statistics, a STEM field, or a comparable degree program with a strong focus on analytics, and you are based in Berlin.
- You possess a strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for identifying outliers and deviations in data.
- Ideally, you have some initial experience and/or a basic understanding of the data ETL process.
- You have excellent skills in Excel / Google Sheets, particularly with pivot tables, logical and statistical functions, and data visualization.
- Knowledge of SQL and Python is a plus.
- You are fluent in English; German skills are an advantage.
