**(Y)OUR MISSION**:

- Du übernimmst die Leitung eines Teams von Kampagnenmanagern und Koordinatoren im Bereich Social Media Marketing (mit Fokus auf Creator Marketing).
- Du verantwortest die Planung, Entwicklung und Umsetzung von innovativen und kreativen Influencer Marketingkampagnen für eine breite Palette von Kunden.
- Du überwachst die strategische Auswahl und das Management von Influencern, um die Kampagnenziele effektiv zu erreichen.
- Du verantwortest die Entwicklung von Kampagnenkonzepten, -strategien und -inhalten, die die Markenbotschaften unserer Kunden wirkungsvoll vermitteln.
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Account Management Team zusammen, um die Integration von Influencer Marketing in übergreifende Marketingstrategien zu gewährleisten.
- Du verantwortest die kontinuierliche Überwachung, Analyse und Optimierung der Kampagnenperformance, um den Erfolg zu maximieren.
- Du führst und entwickelst dein Teams weiter, einschließlich Coaching, Training und Leistungsmanagement.
- Du kümmerst dich um den Aufbau und die Pflege von Beziehungen zu Influencern und anderen externen Partnern im Bereich Influencer Marketing.

**YOU**:

- Du hast mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Influencer Marketing und Kampagnenmanagement, idealerweise in einer Führungsrolle.
- Du kannst Erfolge in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Influencer Marketingkampagnen für verschiedene Branchen und Zielgruppen nachweisen.
- Du verfügst über exzellente Kommunikations
- und Führungsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, ein Team zu motivieren und zu entwickeln.
- Du hast ein fundiertes Verständnis der digitalen Marketinglandschaft, insbesondere im Bereich Influencer Marketing, sowie Kenntnisse über relevante Tools und Plattformen.
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine analytische Denkweise aus und die Fähigkeit, Daten und Insights zu interpretieren, um fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen und die Performance zu optimieren.
- Du besitzt hervorragende organisatorische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen und Prioritäten zu setzen.
- Du bist ein Teamplayer mit einer proaktiven und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise.
- Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
