- und Kundenserviceaktivitäten einen Head of Customer Operations Europe (w/m/d).

Aufgabengebiet
- Aufbau einer neuen Customer Operations-Einheit (B2B) in Europa mit dem Ziel die Kundenzufriedenheit und das Service-Level nachhaltig zu verbessern
- Organisatorische, technische und personelle Führung der europaweiten Customer Operations-Gruppe in 14 Ländern (gebündelt in 4 regionalen Clustern)
- Koordination, Verbesserung und Standardisierung der Arbeitsabläufe innerhalb des Customer Operations-Teams und aller Schnittstellenabteilungen wie Vertrieb, Finanzen und EU Supply Chain
- Integration eines E-Commerce-Tools für schnellere und einfachere Abwicklung von Bestellungen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von rechtlichen, regulatorischen und internen Richtlinien
- Unterstützung der lokalen Vertriebscluster bei der Rechnungsstellung, Pflege von SAP-Stammdaten wie Preislisten, Kundenverträgen, Forecast-Generierung, Kreditmanagement, Kundenreklamationen und Kundenkonsignationsbeständen
- Bewertung der Lieferleistung für Direktkunden und Ermittlung der Ursachen für Lieferverzögerungen sowie Vereinbarung eines Verbesserungsplans mit dem Supply-Chain-Team
- Unterstützung bei der Einführung des globalen Customer Operations-Konzepts und Sicherstellung des Informationsflusses vom lokalen Vertriebsteam zur SCM-Organisation

Anforderungsprofil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL/Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Ingenieurswissenschaften mit hoher Affinität für technische Prozesse
- Mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Führungs-, Vertriebs
- oder Supply-Chain-Aktivitäten im B2B-Bereich, vorzugsweise in der technischen Industrie bzw. im Produktionsbereich
- Sehr gute Organisation, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Affinität zur Digitalisierung von Prozessen, idealerweise mit SAP / ERP
- Eine starke Stakeholdermanagement-Affinität sowie sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung und Führung internationaler Teams
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, idealerweise noch eine weitere europäische Sprache
