**About the Role**

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Controller to join our DACH Finance team on a 12-month maternity cover. In this supportive role, you’ll assist the Senior Controllers and Finance Director with key finance tasks including reporting, budgeting, and administrative support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost center planning
- Prepare structured financial data and documentation for reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate inputs
- Help maintain data accuracy and support process improvements
- Assist with financial system rollouts and ad hoc finance projects

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or similar
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with large data sets
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
- Excellent communication in English and German
- A team player with a proactive, hands-on approach
