Senior Tech Recruiter

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure the hiring needs and goals are met.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to find the best talent, in a highly competitive tech landscape.

**Your Profile**:

- You have at least 5 years of experience in end-to-end tech recruitment ideally in start-ups
- You have a track record of hiring high performing senior tech talent (e.g. Principal / Staff level) experienced with complex tech products.
- You use data to improve the hiring approach (e.g. pipeline health, response rates etc.) and change the hiring strategy when needed in collaboration with Hiring Managers.
- You have experience filling technical roles that are constantly high on-demand.
- You naturally build trust and your communication skills are top-notch.
- You have a full professional proficiency in English (C1).

**Skills to Set You Apart**
- Experience in specialized industry hiring (i.e. energy experts)
- Well-developed network of tech professionals, including engineers, data scientists, and other technical roles.
- Knowledge or experience in software development or analytics.

Hi there

I'm Müge, Head of People at Entrix, since July 2022.

I was born and raised in Turkey, moved to Germany in 2015 to start a new life here. I studied Psychology in my BSc and MSc thinking I will either stay in academia or go on a clinical psychology journey but then decided to move to business - a decision that I am very happy with since then

The last 8 years I have worked at tech startups at very different size and development stages (with employee count of 20 to 200). I have learned a lot and grown both as a professional and as a private person in those years thanks to the amazing people I have worked with.

Here are some of those learnings I aspire to live by everyday:

- I strongly believe People topics cannot be worked on in isolation and have to address the needs of the business. Therefore all People Team Members have to be first and foremost members of the Entrix team and then our team.
- From entry level to the most senior members of the team, everyone is hired for a reason and that is to create a positive impact on the overall organization.
