**Executive Assistant to the Chief Claims Officer /** Chief Market Officer Germany**:
**Your tasks**:

- Provide holistic and proactive support to the Chief Claims Officer & Chief Market Officer Germany regarding both strategic activities and daily business
- Prepare analyses and presentations on strategic topics leading up to top management decisions
- Work on and assume responsibility for own (sub-)projects incl. holding own presentations on the respective topics
- Coordinate and align with both internal and external stakeholders (e. g., other Board members, direct reports, clients etc.)
- Support internal and external communication (e. g., presentations for investors, regulatory authorities, townhall meetings, client events etc.)

**Your profile**:

- Successfully completed university degree
- Prior work experience in insurance or consulting preferred
- Very good conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills and the ability to present your findings in a structured way (e. g. PowerPoint)
- Proactive and results-driven team player with an open-minded and agile mindset
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in our organization
- Interest in diversified tasks as well as high willingness to learn and engagement
- Strong communication skills and mastery of both German and English, other languages are a plus
