Wir suchen einen engagierten und dynamischen Sales Assistant (m/w/d), der unsere Vertriebsabteilung mit seinen Fähigkeiten im Bereich Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing und Social Media unterstützt. Mit Ihrer täglichen Arbeit werden Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Energiewende leisten. Bei PI Berlin sorgen Sie dafür, dass PV-Anlagen und -Ausrüstungen zuverlässig saubere Energie liefern.

**Dafür suchen wir Sie**
- Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsstrategien zur Erreichung der Verkaufsziele
- Pflege und Aktualisierung des CRM-Systems, um Kundenkontakte und Verkaufsaktivitäten effektiv zu verfolgen
- Erstellen von Angeboten und After-Sales Service
- Prozessoptimierung durch Digitalisierung
- Erstellung von Berichten und Analysen zur Leistung des Vertriebsteams sowie zur Identifizierung von Wachstumschancen
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketingteam bei der Erstellung von Marketingmaterialien und der Umsetzung von Kampagnen zur Lead-Generierung
- Aktive Beteiligung an der Verwaltung und Pflege der Social-Media-Präsenz des Unternehmens, um die Markenbekanntheit zu steigern und Kundeninteraktionen zu fördern

**Das bringen Sie mit?**
- Hochschulabschluss, vorzugsweise in Betriebswirtschaft und Entwicklung und/oder Ingenieurwesen mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt
- Erfahrung in der deutschen Photovoltaik (PV)-Industrie sind von Vorteil
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder in der Geschäftsentwicklung, vorzugsweise in der PV-Industrie
- Kenntnisse über PV-Anlagen und -Hersteller, Produkte, Prozesse und Qualität sind von Vorteil
- Solides Verständnis und Erfahrung mit kommerziellen Geschäfts
- und Vertriebsprozessen
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sind unerlässlich. Kenntnisse in weiteren Sprachen sind von Vorteil
