**Your Mission**
- Communicate the company vision, strategy and goals within your Customer Success team
- Directly oversee a team of Customer Success Managers to ensure the achievement of team and individual goals (gross retention, upsell pipeline generation)
- Guide team performance, lead and coach people to ensure goal achievement, and identify development potential
- Identify knowledge gaps and training needs, to ensure your team is set up to succeed, while also identifying opportunities for process improvement (ie. tooling, workflows)
- (ie. EBRs, health scoring, success planning)
- Help strategic development of SoSafe Customer Success through collaboration with management of the entire Customer organization, and other cross-functional teams

**Your Profile**
- 3+ years of experience in Senior Customer Success role (or similar function)
- Experience in a fast-growing, digital company, ideally selling B2B, SaaS, enterprise products
- High level of personal accountability and ownership
- Enthusiastic and creative leader with the aptitude to inspire and lead others through persuasion and consensus building
- Passion for understanding customer needs to drive revenue growth
- Awareness of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
- Strong coaching experience, and experience to empower CSMs to succeed
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset, as well as excellent communication and presentation techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and German
