We're continuing to expand, and we're currently on the hunt for a hands-on Team Lead for our Customer Success department. If you're up for the challenge and want to be a part of our dynamic and growing team, we'd love to hear from you Tasks - Lead, mentor, and support the Customer Success team while actively engaging in day-to-day tasks, such as onboarding, problem-solving, and building relationships. - Actively identify upsell opportunities, create and execute a rollout plan and work with the sales team to drive revenue growth. - Develop and maintain a strong customer partnership, understanding their needs, goals, and objectives to drive adoption, retention, and advocacy. - Onboard new clients by guiding them through the setup process and conducting training sessions to help them maximize the value of our platform. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, support) to address customer needs and provide a seamless customer experience. - Develop and execute customer success plans, including adoption, expansion, and renewal strategies, to drive customer satisfaction and growth. - Collect and share customer feedback with the internal team to help improve the product and prioritize feature requests. - Maintain a deep understanding of the Lumiform platform and stay updated with industry best practices and trends to serve our customers better. **Requirements**: **Must haves**: - You are fluent in German and English - written and verbal. - 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role. - You are a problem-solver by heart and have a "Can-Do" attitude to work.
