We are lookout for a Senior Specialist, Benefits to join our Central Finance team on our journey to deliver amazing experiences.
**Qualifications**
You will work in the benefits team in our headquarters. The team reports to the total rewards lead of DHSE and Berlin overall. As a senior specialist, Benefits you will be working with a big variety of teams (payroll, tax, people operations) to provide great solutions in terms of benefits design, executive benefits and act as the main SME of benefits for our global total rewards community.

**Your Mission**:

- Designing, implementing, and managing employee benefits programs in Germany.
- Acting as a consultant for global benefits queries, and managing global benefits portfolio
- Enhancing overall well-being, security, and engagement of employees.
- Ensuring benefits offerings are competitive and aligned with the company's talent strategy and market standards.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage health, retirement, wellness, and other benefit programs.
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations.

**Additional Information** Your Heroic Skills**:

- You have 5 -7 years experience of managing benefit programs.
- You are holding a degree and or masters degree or equivalent experience in the field of benefits administration
- You have strong analytical and excel skills.
- You know how to find a key to every person, and know how to build strong relationships with your stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- You have payroll and taxation knowledge
