**Senior Expert Design for Maintenance (M/F/d)**:
**We Elevate... Your Responsibilities**:

- As a member of Global Existing Maintenance Fulfilment team, your global key position is to ensure that lift components and systems are designed to be reliable and maintenance efficient at all times. You are responsible for, but also actively involved in, the process of ensuring that components and system checks are adhered to. This requires a wide knowledge of lift components and lift systems. Whether it is a commodity, a high-rise lift, modernization or an innovative lift, you are always involved.
- The practical maintainability tests of components and systems according to the maintenance specifications are also your responsibility. This process is independently managed by you, a follow-up is also a standard part of this.
- The development in the global team of all necessary maintenance, repair, replacement manuals and diagnostic documents for the new and innovative components, but also for the lift systems. The activities are always done together with other colleagues from R&D and product managers.
- Co-developing and maintaining existing field apps and tools is also one of your interesting tasks.
- As a maintenance expert, you actively support all kinds of projects including risk analyses, field methods, processes, personal safety rules, code & standards.
- You will be supporting the global owner documentation of new and innovative lifts, as well as the related Original Equipment Manufacturer processes.
- With your knowledge and global networks, you also support global colleagues, not only in the maintenance area, but also in the co-development of digital products and Schindler's global Best Demonstrated Practices.
- In this interesting position, your worldwide willingness to travel of approx. 15% is also required.

- Education in Electrical Engineering
- Good general Schindler elevator knowledge - Electrical
- Knowledge of EI business in maintenance, repairs and call-backs
- Good knowledge of lift Codes & Standards
- Experienced in leading and managing global projects at multi departmental level
- Good knowledge of Schindler IT systems, tools and work environments
- Proven experience in cross-functional and multicultural teamwork
- Good knowledge in the Schindler fields tools, peripheral devices & connectivity
- Good understanding of the process in product development
- Very good spoken and written English
