**THE CLIENT**

**RESPONSABILITIES**
- You Will Create the **International Employment Strategy** that aligns talent with its business growth, innovation and improvement.
- You will provide specialist advice on business expansion solutions
- You will create and manage streamlined processes and ensure alignment with key stakeholders both internal and external to the company.
- You will provide leadership and **ensure compliant processes and alignment with local and international employee laws and regulations**, and maintain in-depth knowledge of local, global and federal employment laws.
- Continuously assess and identify operational improvements with a focus on flexibility and operational efficiency, ensuring all processes and policies are customer focused, cost effective and efficient.
**BACKGROUND**
- You have a Masters’ degree or a Bachelor’s degree in HR (or related field); and a minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in HR..
- Your experience must include working in an international HR role for a large, complex organisation, preferably a high growth, product or service led (ideally tech) organisation.
