This role requires a highly motivated individual who has a proven ability to work under his or her own initiative in an unsupervised environment. This is a full-time position. Start date immediately.

What you’ll be doing:

- Edit, publish, and share engaging content
- Communicate with followers daily, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer complaints on socials
- Translate global content to local language on a regular basis
- Collaborate with the EMEA digital team & work closely with the paid social media manager
- Support the local team with influencer management and paid social media campaigns
- Maintain key reports for progress and dashboards to understand the impact of the digital activities

Key Skills and Experience:

- Excellent copywriting skills in German & English
- Proven experience in creative writing and translating for digital marketing channels (social media, websites, paid ads etc.).
- Understanding of 'new' forms of marketing (social media, influencer marketing, user generated content, etc.).
- Passion for and understanding of creating & distributing engaging imagery in film and photo.
- Ability to assess data analytically and draw conclusions for recommended action
- Experience in working with MS Office, especially Excel to produce local reports
- Ability to learn new skills “on the go”

Essential Requirements:

- Excellent understanding of written and spoken German and English required.
- Good time management, attention to detail and great communication are key to the role.
- Passion for the Monster lifestyle.
- Native to the social media landscape.
- Self motivated and able to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work from home and the local office in Berlin.
- This is very much a hands on role and will require dedication and commitment working in a variety of environments, including a willingness to occasionally travel
