**» Your tasks**:

- Building a strong global talent pipeline for different target groups
- Redesigning of our recruiting based on our Hellmann Promise
- Defining and roll out of standards and processes in global recruiting
- Working closely with the HR IT team to implement these processes in Workday
- Development and implementation of our global employer brand in close collaboration with our local HR experts
- Creation and roll out of global HR marketing concepts and campaigns
- Roll out and further development of our global career site

**» Your profile**:

- You have a degree in psychology or business administration with a focus on HR or Marketing
- You have several years of HR experience in recruiting and employer branding in an international context
- You are experienced in HR marketing concepts, especially social media
- You act with a hands-on mentality, are creative and solution-oriented
- You love working together with different people and you are open to perspectives and ideas
- You have strong intercultural and communication skills
- You are business fluent in English
- You ideally have good German language skills
