We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specilaist (M/F/d, fixed term) for our People and Culture team in Hanover.
The Talent Acquisition organization in the EMEA region have a temporary position open for a 14-16 month assignment as Talent Acquisition Specialist, reporting to Manager Talent Acquisition EMEA. This role has complete responsibility for end-to-end recruiting process. The role is regional and will be able to cover multiple countries within EMEA region with extra focus on our Germany and German speaking countries, wider scope of countries might be applicable as well.
What makes this role exciting and different to other Talent Acquisition roles? This role is not just responsible for recruiting, you will be partnering with line managers and executive team members to implement recruitment strategies to ensure that Cochlear attracts the best talents to help us to continue our Mission to help people hear and be heard.
In this role you will have the opportunity to develop strong partnerships with both internal and external customers and build pipelines to meet both existing and forecasted talent needs. We encourage creative methods to source talent and promote Cochlear. You will also take part in activities which include employee engagement and employer branding. Your main group of stakeholders is located in Germany but you will interact with colleagues around the EMEA region and also be a part of a Global TA organization.
You will have the opportunity to proactively contribute to process improvement efforts, special recruitment projects, and broader People & Culture initiatives which include global projects.
Why is this the right role for you?- You are passionate about recruitment- You have experience within internal recruitment/talent acquisition, ideally having recruiting positions within Customer Service, Sales, Marketing and/or Finance Experience recruiting within Engineering, Regulatory etc is seen as beneficial- Completed studies in HR or an equivalent degree plus 2 years of experience working in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, beneficial with experience from an international company- You have experience using a recruitment system (preferred Workday)- You have experience with end to end recruitment- You have experience working with senior stakeholders (executive team members)- You are looking to build expertise in the highly sought-after medical devices industry- You have an interest in employer branding- You are a brand ambassador when you recruit- You are comfortable speaking and writing in English at a professional level as at least 50% of the day to day work will be in English- You are fluent speaking and writing in German (min C1 level).
