**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Partner with our technical leaders and hiring teams to develop a deep understanding of current and future hiring needs
- Align to full-cycle recruitment strategy including creating job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing and reference checks
- Manage recruiting strategies to attain recruiting metrics
- Drive offer approval, extension, and negotiation by identifying appropriate closing procedures
- Manage all technical recruiting events from mixers, meet-ups, career fairs and other efforts

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**:

- 2-5 years in-house recruitment or agency experience
- 2+ years experience with Network Operations/Engineering/Support roles
- Excellent sourcing and networking skills
- Experience using an ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Analytics, Online Testing and Video Interviewing Platforms
- Demonstrable track record of building strong relationships and achieving individual metrics
- Ability to adapt and flex to the business needs
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills - professional but friendly
- Experience recruiting within AV, Network Ops and/or Global Logistic & Warehousing
- Prior experience recruiting in countries across one or more of the following regions. EMEA, LATAM or APAC is desirable
