**» Your tasks**:
You look after selected national and international insurance programs of large insurance companies and special policies for Hellmann
You explore the insurance market to optimize insurance coverage
You will advise selected company divisions on insurance issues
You will independently handle claims processing across all lines of business
You communicate with customers, insurers and our sales force
**» Your profile**:
You have completed vocational training as an insurance and finance clerk and ideally further training as an insurance specialist (M/F/d) or a business degree in the insurance sector
Several years of professional experience in customer service in a commercial environment round off your profile
Alternatively, you have completed vocational training as a forwarding agent and have already gained several years of experience in the insurance sector
You are characterized by a pronounced service, service and consulting competence
You have a very good command of German and English
