**Responsibilities**:
- Supporting accountability of all office and company property managements- Operation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, plumbing, electrical and other technical Investments- Fault acceptance and elimination- Supporting the company's procurement process- Support for ensuring general order, cleanliness and road safety- Support for the supervision of construction and maintenance companies with regard to the work to be carried out- Repairs and rectification of defects- Support for the coordination and monitoring of maintenance intervals, craftsmen and service providers- Support for detecting and eliminating faults on all safety-related, structural, electrical, fire protection and supply systems- Supervision and management of company cars plus car accessories and coordination monitoring of car service companies.- Responsibility for general duties of receptionists- Organization and support of all events.- Support of Director of HR & admin

**Qualifications**:
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training, studies or a comparable one vocational training- First professional experience in a comparable position as facility or office manager or office Admin Assistant- Good user knowledge of common MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)- Independent work and responsibility- Flexibility, organizational skills, teamwork and communication skills- You have knowledge in the field of measurement, control and regulation technology- You convince us with your experience in the field of building automation and energy and supply technology- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
