**Your task**:
As a **Senior Data Scientist Generative AI (M/F/d)** your key tasks will be:

- **Developing** innovative customer-facing **products & services** **as well as solutions** for internal efficiency **based on Generative AI** technologies
- **Responsible** for **secure, safe**, and **privacy-compliant** **usage** of our **customer and other data** to ensure **human-centered technology**:

- **Acting** as pivotal **part** of the **spear-heading** **Generative AI development team** in close **cooperation with other AI experts across the company**:

- **Using** **cutting-edge technology** available in the market **and development** of **own Generative AI models** based on external technologies and open source
- **Trusted advisor** for **guidance on Generative AI** to **build brain trust** on Generative AI **in DT** and **in the telco industry**

**Your Profile**:
you are best suited with:

- **+3 years of hands-on experience** **in Generative AI** technologies, ideally in building scalable products
- **+8 years** of **experience in data science** in general
- Strong understanding of **deep learning principles**, **neural network architectures** and how to **design, train, and optimize/fine-tune these networks**:

- Solid experience in **Python**, **NumPy** and/or **Pandas**, **TensorFlow** or **PyTorch**:

- Strong knowledge of **cloud technologies** like **AWS**, **Azure** etc.
- **Excellent communication skills** with the ability to explain complex topics in “crisp simple” language
- **Highly motivated** and **persuasive** with track record in **delivering results in complex settings**:

- Strong **community engagement** in open source is highly appreciated
- **Ability** and drive **to balance AI** and product development **with ethical considerations**
