**The Role**:
We're on the lookout for a motivated, smart, and social media addicted:

- ) Working Student to join our small but punchy team We just started to launch social media activities on various channels and already celebrate awesome results. But that's just the beginning. To bring even more power to the road, we are looking for some support to deliver exciting and powerful content. So if you have a good understanding on the functionality and trends on social media, a creative mind, and some administrative skills as well - great We can't wait to hear from you

**Your Course - what you would do**:

- Designing, implementing and managing our social media strategy accounts on Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
- Creation of media / editorial planning together with our Head of Content.
- Maintenance of our career blog.
- Researching trending social media topics for our target group and relevant influencers in this area.
- Development of new posting formats/ideas.
- Coordination of topics between copy writing, design and videographers.
- Monitoring mentions of the brand, analysing the performance of social media activities and creating reports to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.

**Your Equipment***:

- Creative talent with a good understanding of current social trends.
- You use social media as a consumer, have a passion for it and understand the platforms.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Enjoy learning new things.
- Independent and organised.
- You speak German and English at a high level.

**Nice to have**:

- Expertise in image and video editing.
- Experience in social media management and content creation.
- Creation of high-quality content, including text, images and videos, to make social media engaging and effective.

And by the way: You don't have to live in the Hamburg area. Our teams work fully remote and so will you. But of course you are always welcome to visit us in the beautiful city of Hamburg.
