About the Role
Are you a passionate and creative student looking to dive into the world of digital marketing? NautilusLog is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Working Student (M/F/d) in Content Marketing & Social Media to join our growing Marketing team In this role, you'll play a key part in building our online presence and engaging with our audience on LinkedIn and our website. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of a leading maritime tech company.
Tasks
As a Working Student in Content Marketing & Social Media, you will support NautilusLog being present on LinkedIn and our Website. You will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing strategies and social media management while contributing to our brand's online presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing and creating engaging content for our LinkedIn page, including posts, articles, and updates.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all social media platforms and web content.
- Analyzing social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies; providing data-driven insights.
- Supporting the creation of engaging content for our website, including blog posts, articles, and case studies.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media.
- Contributing to brainstorming sessions and developing innovative content ideas.

**Requirements**:
Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles to optimize content for search engines.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Soft Skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education
- Currently enrolled as a Bachelor or Master student in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in English.

Experience
- Ideally, some experience in B2B marketing.
- Experience managing and creating content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
