**Join us as a Working Student Marketing - Social Media**(M/F/d) in our Marketing** team** and help shape the future of autonomous mobility**: At MOIA, we're creating safe, autonomous and sustainable mobility solutions - tailored to the needs of cities and their people. As part of our Marketing team, you will support our social media activities by helping to craft stories, engage with communities, and showcase how autonomous mobility solutions are shaping tomorrow's urban life. You will also have the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues and contribute to other marketing projects when needed, gaining insights into different areas of our work. **What you will do**: - Support the Social Media Manager in planning and scheduling content for our channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) - Help create engaging storylines - for complex topics like autonomous driving - and adapt them for different audiences - Assist in community management by replying to comments and messages - Contribute to campaign preparation and execution together with the marketing team - Support in collecting and summarizing social media performance data and customer feedback - Research social media trends and suggest ideas to keep our content relevant - Have fun creating content and ideally bring first hands-on experience in this area - Support new cross-functional marketing projects beyond social media when needed and gain insights into other channels and activities. Job responsibilities and detailed projects will be determined based on your educational background, interests and skills. **What will help you to fulfill your role**: - You are** currently enrolled**in a full-time Bachelor's or Master's program at a German university (focus on Social Media, Marketing, or Communications is a plus) - Interest in **creating content** that captures attention, even for complex or technical topics, and ideally some first experience in this area. - Interest in **mobility** / future of urban transport - **Fluent in German** (preferably native speaker) and confident in English - while English is our working language, much of our day-to-day communication is in German - Enthusiasm for social media and a strong understanding of **Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube**: - Creativity and a willingness to learn new things - Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Nice to have**: - Ideally available for at least one year to continuously support ongoing projects and processes and gain experience over time - First experience in Marketing or Social Media as an intern or working student is a plus - Familiarity with photo and video editing software is a plus We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds_ _— even if you don't meet every requirement.
