**DAS SIND DEINE AUFGABEN**:

- Entwicklung und Steuerung von integrierten, zielgerichteten Mediastrategien mit Schwerpunkt auf die digitalen Kanäle
- Gespür für das Zusammenspiel von Touchpoints im Rahmen einer POE Planung unter Berücksichtigung von spezifischen Zielgruppenangängen
- Fundiertes Fachwissen in den Bereichen Programmatic Advertising (Brand und Performance), Dynamische Werbemitteloptimierung, Ad Operations, Media Analytics
- Partnerschaftliche Führung der Mediaagentur sowie weiterer Dienstleister
- Mediaberatung interner Abteilungen und laufende Abstimmung mit wichtigen Schnittstellen
- Budgetplanung und -kontrolle
- Eigenverantwortliches Monitoring aller relevanten KPIs inkl. Erstellung von Analysen und Reportings

**DAS BRINGST DU MIT**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelor
- oder Masterstudium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Kommunikation, Marketing oder eine ähnliche Studienrichtung
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der nationalen oder internationalen Mediaplanung auf Unternehmens
- oder Agenturseite
- Strategische und analytische Denkweise
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und Team-orientierte Arbeitsweise
- Innovationsbereitschaft: Große Offenheit gegenüber neuen Trends und Technologien
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
