With our intuitive sense for brands and media, and a focus on maximum efficiency, we adeptly transform emotions into effective activations - with heart and mind. **Your challenge [#1637894]** - Development of integrated full-funnel media strategies across a variety of European markets - Cross-market strategic client development in collaboration with local teams and European operations - Creation of market, brand, and consumer insights for the development of international target audience and communication strategies for existing and new clients - Strategic consulting based on data audits, consumer research and advertising effectiveness studies - Creation of exciting trend updates for cross-team inspiration as well as for the development of award-winning ideas - Continuous development of our strategic offering and competencies **Your skills** - You have at least 4 years of experience in media strategy consulting, integrated across all funnel stages in digital as well as traditional media for existing and new client project - You already have experience in strategic management and development of media strategies for international clients - Independent client responsibility, high initiative, and interest in creative problem-solving are a given for you - You have the courage to leave old silo structures behind and think across full-funnel media channels - You enjoy analyzing the needs and mindsets of consumers as well as creative problem-solving in (digital) communication - You have a strong interest in discovering trends and insights in the media and marketing world Our hierarchies, as flat as Brandenburg, create space for openness and foster dynamic exchanges.
